About Us
At Pacific Crest Real Estate, we pride ourselves on integrating best-of-industry standards in the operations of the apartment communities we manage. With highly trained staff, our goal is to provide a superior level of service to our residents so they can feel at home in our communities. PCR recognizes our ethical duties to the communities of which we are a part. As a member of the California Apartment Association, Pacific Crest abides by a strict code of ethics.
While providing professional and responsive service to our residents, Pacific Crest provides superior returns to our investors. PCR has acquired real estate holdings focused on the multifamily industry valued at over $200 million. We focus on identifying and acquiring value-added multifamily acquisition opportunities in the Southern California and Western US markets.
